Position Summary:
The Fulfillment Manager will be a member of the Operations team, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. This role oversees the fulfillment process, including order processing, inventory management, and ensuring accurate and timely product delivery to customers. The Fulfillment Manager will manage inventory and labor costs and play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with various departments—such as culinary, delivery, sales, customer service, and supply chain—to ensure the fulfillment process aligns with company goals and customer expectations. Additionally, you will lead a team of fulfillment staff, provide training, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of improving operational efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee the fulfillment process, from order receipt to final delivery.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate fulfillment success.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate fulfillment staff to ensure peak performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve customer inquiries.
• Ensure fulfillment processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.
In addition, this position may require performing supportive functions, with the percentage of time dedicated to each determined by the manager based on business needs:
• Represent the company at community and industry events.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and inventory management systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, best practices, and safety standards.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
