Job Purpose :
We are seeking a Maintenance Associate to join our vibrant team and help us spread the joy of gardening! If you have relevant experience and are passionate about sustainable living and making a difference, we would love to have you on our team!
Essential Responsibilities :
- Perform landscaping tasks at the Farmhouse.
- Perform general repairs and housekeeping projects at the Farmhouse and Tomball office.
- Repair and maintain miscellaneous company-supplied equipment, materials, and tools.
- Reconfigure, install, position, and build office and garden equipment.
- Assist with special projects as directed.
- Perform cleaning tasks such as responding to spills and disposing of trash, ensuring all areas are tidy and functional.
- Comply with Company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the management.
Requirements
Physical Demands :
This position requires physical dexterity with the ability to stand and bend for long periods of time with occasional squat, stoop, and turn at waist in both an outdoor and warehouse environment. Must be able to lift and / or move up to 70 lbs. unassisted. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
