Job Purpose :

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant team and help us to spread the joy of gardening! If you are a storyteller with relevant experience and are passionate about sustainable living and making a difference, we would love to have you on our team!

Essential Responsibilities :

Work with the Branding Team to craft clear, concise, and impactful messaging for product launches and update messaging on existing products.
Write Product Detail page copy and install copy into wireframes with visual direction.
Aid Social Media Team in producing compelling, industry-relevant content creation.
Contribute to branding initiatives.
Assist the Branding Team with tasks from C-suite; handling a wide variety of tasks.
Collaborate with other departments to target specific customer issues and highlight success stories and company innovations.
Comply with Company policies and procedures.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities :

Bachelors in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or relevant field required.

3-5 years of experience implementing digital marketing, e-commerce, and / or content marketing campaigns.

Exposure to writing for websites, e-commerce strongly preferred.

Understanding of marketing tools like Canva, CapCut, Google Workspaces, and project management tools.

Experience in video content creation a plus.

Copywriting : You’re a story teller who can convey complicated information in a concise, evocative way.

Marketing strategy : You understand the underlying marketing reasons behind what you do.

Resourcefulness : Solve problems using available resources.

Collaboration : We work as a team and we need team players who will be respectful, helpful, and kind to each other.

Creativity : You’re ready to think outside the box, take risks, and find new ways to solve old problems.

Enthusiasm : You should either be a gardener or be interested in gardening. We want team members who are excited to jump in and be a part of making gardening easier for everyone.

Physical Demands :

This position involves working both indoors at a desk and outdoors in a farm setting. Must be able to operate a computer for prolonged periods with moderate walking, standing, lifting, carrying, moving objects, reaching and crouching. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Exposure to outdoor environments including hot and cold temperatures and humidity.

Job Location and Work Schedule :

This is a full-time, on-site position based out of our two locations listed below, this position will work at both various days of the week.

Headquarters location : 13808 Boudreaux Road, Bldg. #2, Tomball, TX.

Farmhouse location : 22503 Lain Road, Spring, TX.

Monday through Friday.

8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM. Lunch break 12 : 00 pm to 12 : 30 pm.

Benefits

The salary range is $60,000 - $70,000.

Flexible Paid Time Off.

12 PTO days per year, accrued bi-weekly, with incremental increases annually.

7 paid Holidays.

401k contribution match of 4%.

Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance plans. The Company pays 100% of premiums for its employees for Dental, Vision, Life, and select Medical plans.

Toll Roads Allowance of $100 per month.

Phone Allowance of $50 per month.
