This role supports various office functions, including data entry, phone calls, and assisting dispatch operations, while ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer phones and make outgoing calls to arrange transport services.
- Communicate effectively with providers to ensure SLA compliance.
- Assist the main dispatcher with daily tasks and schedules.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
- Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners.
- Apply basic math skills for calculations and record-keeping.
