We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Creative Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a strong design and content background who excels at managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, driving brand initiatives, and producing impactful materials. You will collaborate with multiple departments and lead efforts to create engaging content, design marketing collateral, and execute strategies that elevate brand visibility and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Design & Creative Direction :
Design print materials, such as brochures, flyers, and other sales collateral.
Oversee the creation of visuals for digital campaigns, including banners, social media posts, and landing pages.
Email Marketing :
Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional and nurturing sequences.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for engagement and conversion.
Content Creation & Management :
Develop SEO-driven blog posts and website content tailored to target audiences.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all content aligns with brand voice and business goals.
Advertising Campaigns :
Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, copywriting, and performance tracking.
Ensure alignment of paid media campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
Brand Strategy :
Develop and implement brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all platforms.
Collaborate on video production projects to enhance brand storytelling and showcase company offerings.
Performance Tracking :
Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, such as campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation.
Provide recommendations to improve ROI based on data insights.
Qualifications : Experience :
3–5 years in marketing, with a focus on creative content, campaign management, and digital advertising.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Skills :
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and Google Ads.
Strong writing skills, particularly for SEO content and marketing copy.
