A General Motors Accessory Distributor is seeking a full time Auto Accessories Customer Service Specialist. This position works with an established customer base via phone and internet, in a friendly, interested and helpful manner. As the first point of contact, you will work with customers to take incoming sales orders and assist with resolving all questions and/or concerns. This includes partnering with management to resolve some inquires on behalf of the customer.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and enter orders from all in-bound sales, via phone and internet sources
- Provide accurate, timely and appropriate information in response to customer inquires
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer needs to achieve satisfaction including; cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution
- Professionally, accurately, and effectively handle in-bound call from customers requesting pricing, part numbers, quantities, inventory and availability
- Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and how they benefit the customer
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a customer interfacing setting including sales and/or resolution support; inside sales or telemarketing a PLUS!
- High School diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education preferred
- Strong computer & internet skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel)
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
- Must be engaging and inquisitive with a will to help attitude
- Automotive experience a PLUS!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
