- Correspond with customers and drivers
- Field incoming phone calls
- Monitor and process mail, company email, and fax
- Enter new clients and orders into database
- Verify, scan, and save documents
- Send documents and correspondence to clients and terminal managers
- Monitor freight and inventory
- Process carrier paperwork
- Daily status calls and updates to drivers
- Updating orders in database
- Other administrative duties as needed
- High level of integrity
- Ability to self-manage, multi-task, and adhere to deadlines
- Possess a sense of urgency and ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
