We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our Dealership Team. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers maximize the value of our products. You will build strong relationships, provide strategic guidance, and advocate for customer needs within our organization.
- Providing customers with success plans to help them reach their goals and run recurring meetings to gauge progress towards them.
- Managing at risk customers to prevent churn.
- Working with other departments in Customer Experience and company wide to provide best possible outcomes for customers.
- Working with VIP accounts and contacts to reduce churn and increase growth.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Churn Zero
- Automotive/Customer Success experience preferred
- Self starter able to prioritize daily tasks based off provided KPIs
