We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to support our Rapid Recon and Velocity Automotive product lines.
What You'll Do:
- Timely response to customer inquiries
- Assist customers on standard requests per process: step changes, user management requests, how-to requests
- Log and escalated inbound requests for billing, sales, and other departments
- Assist product development in getting information on reported defects
- Participate as needed in other projects including data entry, system testing or system cleanup related tasks
- Keep up to date on product related changes and how-to knowledge
Qualifications
What You'll Need:
- 1-3 years experience in a related area as a customer support representative.
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures and software features and be able to consistently explain and respond to requests
- Strong follow-up and professionalism when working with customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
