Vice President of Human Resources

We are looking for a Vice President of Human Resources to oversee all aspects of human resources, training, and talent acquisition. Duties involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training & development. People are our most important asset and you’ll be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives.Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesManage the recruitment and selection processManage the Training ProcessSupport current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capitalDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organizationNurture a positive working environmentOversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performanceMaintain benefits programAssess training needs to apply and monitor training programsReport to management and provide decision support through HR metricsEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource managementAdditional duties as assignedMinimum Requirements Degree in Human Resources or related field, required.
