What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist position at Vein Specialist Centers?
The Vein Specialist Centers is a fast-growing medical organization looking to hire an ambitious Medical Receptionist and Call Center Specialist to perform administrative and receptionist duties at the front desk of our offices in Rutherford and Jersey City. This person will be responsible for managing all aspects of the front desk, scheduling patient appointments, and maintaining a professional reception environment. Customer service and patient satisfaction are the key to the success of our organization.
What You will Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact to greet patients and answer any questions they have (Monday -Friday, No Nights). Will consider Part-Time interest as well.
- Manage inbound and outbound phone, email, and text communication with new and existing patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage new patient paperwork
- Confirm and reschedule patient appointments
- Work with electronic medical records and scheduling system
- Contribute to team effort by assisting with other responsibilities as needed

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
