About the Role :
We are seeking a Front Desk Lead to join our team at Velazquez Pain Relief Center in Las Vegas, NV. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Address : 1815 E Lake Mead Blvd Ste 300 N Las Vegas NV 89030
Hours : Monday - Friday 7 : 45am to 5 : 00pm (with a 45 min lunch)
This is a hourly position, full time with Lead responsibilities
Responsibilities :
Manage patient check-ins and check-outs
Answer phone calls and emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff
Schedule appointments and follow up with patients regarding their treatment plans
Verify insurance coverage and process payments
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records
Taking initiative to solve issues and prevent them from happening in the future
Trouble shoot printer, scanner, computer issues before calling IT
Guide the team to work effectively and meet practice standards
Manage supply orders for both front and back office
Requirements :
Prior Lead / Supervisor experience in a medical or healthcare setting
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures
