Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Supervisor to oversee daily operations across four Velazquez Pain Relief Center locations. This position requires a strong leader who can ensure patient satisfaction, manage employee training, and oversee the operational needs of the clinic. The Office Supervisor will also handle scheduling, employee call-outs, and ensure that each location runs smoothly. This role involves travel between the four locations, so flexibility and excellent time management are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Patient Satisfaction : Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction by addressing concerns and improving patient interactions.
- Employee Training : Train and supervise staff, ensuring all team members are well-equipped to provide exceptional patient care and maintain office efficiency.
- Scheduling & Call Outs : Manage daily schedules, including handling employee call-outs and ensuring staffing needs are met across all locations.
- Supply and Maintenance Oversight : Monitor supply levels and coordinate maintenance needs across all locations. Ensure that any operational challenges are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Location Management : Oversee the day-to-day operations of four locations, ensuring that each site is properly staffed, organized, and well-maintained.
- Travel : Regular travel between locations as needed to ensure consistency in operations, staff training, and supply management.
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare or office setting.
- Staff Training : Proven ability to train and lead staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Knowledge of E-Clinical Works : Experience with E-Clinical Works (ECW) software is highly preferred.
- Travel : Willingness and ability to travel between four locations as needed.
- Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff and patients.
- Problem-Solving : Ability to resolve challenges quickly and effectively to maintain smooth operations. Benefits :
