The Application Developer will be responsible for enterprise applications, data management, and integration in an industry undergoing rapid data transformation. You’ll support a variety of application platforms, including desktop, mobile, data visualization, and dashboards. Working in collaboration with the IT team and business stakeholders, this role is responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of the enterprise application environment adhering to compliance and security requirements.
o Develop and Maintain Web and Mobile and Applications: Assist in coding, debugging, and maintaining applications under supervision to meet project requirements and deadlines.
o Support Data Integration: Execute basic data integration tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
o Troubleshooting and Support: Resolve user-reported issues and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize system downtime.
o Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to contribute to project success and gain technical proficiency through mentorship.
o Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing professional development to build skills in application development and data integration tools.
Who you are
The Application Developer position offers a clear path for advancement, with multiple levels leading up to the senior level.
We’re looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Systems Engineering and 0-5 years’ related experience. The position requires adaptability, teamwork, organization, basic troubleshooting skills, a commitment to customer service, and a willingness to learn and grow under mentorship.
Important Considerations
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to respond to off-duty calls, particularly in the event of system emergencies, prolonged equipment and/or customer outages.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
