Job Objective:
This position will closely work with Global Application teams in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing to implement, enhance, upgrade, and support our Corporate ERP system and mission critical business applications. This role requires the candidate to be subject matter expertise in Oracle EBS 12.2.x and above, focusing on Oracle EBS Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Planning and Standard Costing areas. Responsibilities include designing and architecting solutions globally, providing day-to-day application support, and participating in global projects and initiatives. Must have solid hands-on Oracle ERP configuration / setup / architecture experience to deliver multiple solutions within Oracle EBS environment for various Velcro group of companies globally.
Essential Job Functions:
Implement, enhance, upgrade, support, and maintain mission critical business applications and integrated solutions.
Understand business problems, perform GAP analysis, and provide multiple solutions with pros and cons. Assist the business in selecting the right solutions by offering subject matter expertise for Order Management, Pricing, Purchasing, Shipping, Quality, Inventory, BOMs, WIP, Cost Management, Outside Processing, O2C, and P2P modules in Oracle Application/EBS R12.x.x.
Act as an Implementation/ERP lead for projects and initiatives prioritized by the ERP Director.
Responsible for project execution by collaborating with the project team and user community.
Architect and configure end-to-end solutions in Oracle Applications for various business processes in the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Planning areas. Lead CRP, UAT, Training, Go Live, and Post Go Live activities.
Evaluate new or unused features and functionalities, providing inputs, suggestions, and demonstrations to help create business cases that drive ERP usability and benefits.
Play a lead role in new implementations, enhancements, and upgrade projects to ensure all functionalities and features work as expected.
Design, develop, and architect custom applications, interfaces, and web services (RICE/CEMLI) from a functional perspective using Oracle technologies, SQL, PL/SQL, and Forms.
Collaborate with various cross-functional groups and departments, including IT Operations and the internal Oracle Team, to identify global and local solutions for various processes and projects.
Educate & train end users and technical staff on use of standard and custom functionality.
Prepare comprehensive cutover plans, manage Go Live, and provide post-production support for Oracle applications, integrated solutions, and any implemented business solutions.
Conduct regular meetings with onsite and offshore teams, maintain project activities, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to SDLC and policies.
Lead and mentor offshore and onsite resources as needed.
Provide timely updates to ERP leadership team for various projects and initiatives.
Ability to work in international time zones based on project requirements.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or Information Systems and Software Engineering or Equivalent work experience.
10 years of strong experience of solution designing/configuration and end to end implementations of Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules (OM, Pricing, Purchasing, Shipping, Quality, Inventory, BOMs, WIP), Cost Management, Outside processing, O2C and P2P Modules, Enterprise Asset management (eAMS), AME using Oracle EBS 11i/ R12.x.
5 End to end Oracle ERP full life cycle implementation experience with Oracle SCM and Manufacturing other oracle modules in Global environment with localizations.
5 experience on Oracle ERP Upgrades, Conversion, Master data management, Role Based Access control and Customization & Integration related project.
Ability to support & manage third party mission critical systems.
Strong understanding and experience of ERP Business processes including setups like O2C, P2P, Plan to Build, Standard Costing, Global Intercompany.
Should have good understanding on CRM modules, Multi Org Architecture and TCA Architecture and Oracle Internet modules.
Solid understanding and hands on experience on configurating and supporting Oracle ERP Localizations globally.
Proven track record in executing multiple projects on Oracle Applications in different functional and technical areas. Must be able to lead offshore consultants, coach, and mentor junior developers & functional resources.
Ability to run global requirement. design workshop, Gap analysis between Oracle applications and business processes, should have creative approaches to problem solving and result in quality deliverables to department and business within project scope and timeline.
Proven experience working with Oracle Support, and Oracle management, including escalation of Support issues, addressing SEV 1 issues on a 24 X 7 basis, and engaging Oracle on our feature/function needs.
Well versed with Software development methodologies, MS Project, Visio etc.
Ability to work as part of a team yet work independently on complex problems across multiple time zones.
Ability to work under pressure and in meeting commitments and obligations.
Must be able to fluently communicate with internal and customer technical staffs, as well as business leaders.
English - Good Written and Spoken
Excellent Team player and can-do attitude
Desirable Skills:
Masters or equivalent will be plus
Ability to talk to technical and non-technical members including senior business stakeholders.
Ability to travel to Manchester, NH HQ frequently
