WE ARE HIRING: ASSISTANT SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
We’re looking for a talented and creative Assistant Social Media Coordinator to join our team and help bring our clients’ stories to life across digital platforms. If you have a passion for storytelling, design, and staying ahead of social media trends, this role is for you!
Role Requirements:
- Hybrid
- 25-30 Hours/Week
- Must be able to travel to Chicago/Chicago Suburbs
- Some evening weekend availability
- 3 years experience in digital marketing
- Experience with Capcut, Canva, content creation & filming content
- Proficient in Instagram, Facebook & TikTok marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality content, including graphics, photos, videos, and written materials, tailored for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Social Media Management: Collaborate with the team to plan, schedule, and post content in alignment with clients' strategies.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content reflects the brand identity, tone, and messaging for each client.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to create relevant and engaging content.
- Analytics and Optimization: Monitor engagement metrics and use insights to refine and improve content strategies.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and team members to develop ideas and campaigns that align with their goals and objectives.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling captions, headlines, and descriptions that resonate with target audiences.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Cacput, Canva, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their unique requirements.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
- Video editing and photography skills are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and design.
