Assistant Social Media Coordinator

WE ARE HIRING: ASSISTANT SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

We’re looking for a talented and creative Assistant Social Media Coordinator to join our team and help bring our clients’ stories to life across digital platforms. If you have a passion for storytelling, design, and staying ahead of social media trends, this role is for you!

Role Requirements:

• Hybrid
• 25-30 Hours/Week
• Must be able to travel to Chicago/Chicago Suburbs
• Some evening weekend availability
• 3 years experience in digital marketing
• Experience with Capcut, Canva, content creation & filming content
• Proficient in Instagram, Facebook & TikTok marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality content, including graphics, photos, videos, and written materials, tailored for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Social Media Management: Collaborate with the team to plan, schedule, and post content in alignment with clients' strategies.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content reflects the brand identity, tone, and messaging for each client.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to create relevant and engaging content.
• Analytics and Optimization: Monitor engagement metrics and use insights to refine and improve content strategies.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and team members to develop ideas and campaigns that align with their goals and objectives.
• Copywriting: Craft compelling captions, headlines, and descriptions that resonate with target audiences.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Proficiency in content creation tools like Cacput, Canva, or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their unique requirements.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Video editing and photography skills are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and design.
