Client Services acts as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our clients, building trust by understanding our clients' larger objectives and designing solutions that accelerate those goals through our broad capabilities in marketing, technology, data, and design.
The Digital Project Manager sits within the Client Services team and is responsible for overseeing small to medium accounts and overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects from inception to completion. This role involves working with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, mitigating risks, and ensuring that the project meets quality standards and client expectations. The Digital Project Manager must have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to successfully navigate complex projects and deliver them on time and within scope.

The Digital Project Manager must have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to successfully navigate complex projects and deliver them on time and within scope.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for small to medium accounts.
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex projects across various departments or clients.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, timelines, and milestones.
- Define and manage project scope, schedule, and cost while mitigating risk.
- Establish project objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to address issues before they impact project delivery.
- Provide support to project teams ensuring high performance and fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and resources are used efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client expectations.
- Ensure the project meets quality standards and is delivered according to client specifications.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Support timelines and deliverables for growth-related projects.
- Manage multiple priorities while keeping focused on growth objectives.
- Handle supplementary duties as necessary.
- 5-8 years of experience in digital agency or related experience, developing interactive projects and managing client work.
- Understanding of strategy, design, data, and web development.
- Strong communication competency and the ability to effectively convey information, ideas, and emotions in various contexts, including verbal, non-verbal, written, interpersonal, adaptability, conflict resolution and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Experience managing digital projects including web development, data, and UX/UI design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues or obstacles that arise during a project.
- Developing financial acumen and advanced insight into business processes.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
- Frequent sitting at a desk performing work on a computer
