Landscape Foreman- EXPERIENCED Maintenance

We are looking for an experienced landscape maintenance foreman. Ideally someone who is looking to grow in the industry as well.

-Minimum of 2-3 Years of Verifiable Commercial Landscape Maintenance Experience (Commercial Sites - Medium to Large)

-Commercial Experience is preferred

-Must have a valid Drivers License, reliable transportation and good driving record

-Ability to drive a truck and trailer daily safely- Must be able to drive and back a trailer safely

-Good leadership skills and ability to work with and lead a crew at the same time

-Ability to follow and complete daily work orders

-Time management skills

-Ability to train new staff when needed

-Follow company standards, safety requirements, procedures and outlines

-Attention to detail and ability to recognize areas that need attention

-Operate all grounds maintenance equipment and operations (Mowing, Pruning, Leaves, Etc.)

-Reliable transportation to and from work. Be on time and ready to work

-Professional and good communication skills

-Basic Spraying Knowledge

-Ability to work outside the entire day in all weather conditions

-Lift up to 50 lbs. when needed throughout the day

-Follow all company standards and safety procedures

-Attention to detail

-Pesticide license is a plus, but not required. *Must be able to acquire license within the first 12 months of employment. Company will assist in classes and other select costs, etc. We will help you.

-Storm water pond knowledge is a plus, but not required.

-We are a drug free company. No smoking/vaping in trucks/equipment. No smoking while on mowers, in trucks, on or in equipment, etc.

-Ability to grow within the company

-Must be able to operate an Ipad or Tablet

-Be Honest

-Must be able to operate and currently have basic operation skills of skid steers and/or tractors

-Must be able to work during snow and ice events in the winter months (Hours are storm dependent) Must have reliable transportation into work and home
