The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Managing Director to join our growing network of high-performance professionals. This is remote, part-time role ideal for an experienced investment banker or capital markets expert with an active investor network and a strong grasp of private market dynamics.
As Managing Director at Velo Group, you will:
- Work direct with the Founder to originate and structure investment opportunities for our investor network
- Leverage your existing relationships with family offices, institutional investors, and private equity firms
- Guide companies through capital raising and/or M&A transactions
- Provide market intelligence and strategic insight to both investors and companies
- Collaborate with the Velo Group team to source, evaluate, and position high-quality deals

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Capital Markets
- Strong domain expertise in Capital Raising, M&A, Deal Origination, and Investor Relations
- Active FINRA licenses: Series 63, Series 82, Series 7 (or ability to obtain)
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing capital or M&A transactions
- Deep network of institutional investors, family offices, and/or UHNW individuals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
