Velo Law is seeking a Document Processor to assist in the Legal Department. This is an entry level position with opportunity to expand in a specialized field.
Key Responsibilities
Handle court Inquiries.
Process work product including data entry, printing, compiling.
Handle account and action reviews.
Edit, review, and prepare documents.
Proofread documents for accuracy and prepare for final mailing.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Dependable with a strong work ethic.
Detail oriented and well organized.
Possesses the means to multi-task and function in a high volume, and deadline driven environment.
Committed to learning the interworking of a very specialized field.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Capacity to communicate with co-workers at all levels in the company and a team player.
Adept in Microsoft Office.
Ability to communicate with Garnishee(s), Court(s), and / or other authorized or related parties- regarding status and handling of the Post Judgment action.
Education :
High school or equivalent education.
Background Checks :
Background checks are administered prior to start date.
