We seek an experienced Bridge Electrician at Velociti Services. The Bridge Electrician specializing in movable bridges to join our Fort Lauderdale, FL team. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and the potential for emergency call-outs. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of electrical systems, cabling, wiring, and motor control specific to bridge operations.Â
Responsibilities
Duties / Responsibilities:
Electrical System Management
 Install, maintain, and repair all electrical systems on movable bridges, ensuring efficient and reliable operations.Â
Cabling And Wiring
 Perform cabling and wiring tasks, including setup and replacement of electrical components.Â
Routine Inspections
 Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.Â
Troubleshooting
 Diagnose and resolve electrical problems promptly, minimizing downtime.Â
Emergency Power Systems
 Maintain and repair emergency power systems to guarantee bridge functionality during power outages.Â
Motor Control Systems
 Install and service motor control systems, including variable frequency drives and relay controls.Â
Compliance
