Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst with pricing experience in facilities maintenance to join our team. This role combines financial acumen with practical knowledge of facility operations to optimize budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for our facilities management division. This role involves continuous process improvement for better client outcomes, global account management, and cross-functional collaboration to support the sales team and align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Pricing : Develop customized pricing strategies in conjunction with the finance team that utilize a combination of productivity ratios, technology, work loading, and other strategies that raise the commercial team’s win rates and profitability that align with company goals.
• Consulting : Work with new and existing clients to analyze and streamline scopes of work to improve service efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring realized value creation.
• Data Analysis and Reporting : Utilize data analytics to provide insights into sales performance, trends, and opportunities, and present regular reports to senior management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, finance, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales operations with overall business objectives.
• Key Aggregator Account Management : Work closely with sales and account management to represent the company at trade shows and seminars, positioning the company as best-in-class industry experts. Responsible for KPI / SLA maintenance of aggregator accounts.
