A DAY IN THE LIFE :

Our representatives answer incoming calls in a high-volume setting, providing exceptional customer service by supporting and responding to inquiries. Some duties include :

Providing responsive and professional customer service to customers.

Navigating through several programs while on each call, including dual monitors, virtual desktops, and other internal systems.

Maintaining program metrics and customer satisfaction scores.

Passing quality assurance evaluations scored by our training department.

Attending coachings and team meetings.

Performing other duties as assigned.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for those with the following :

At least 6 consecutive months of inbound customer service experience in a call-center setting required.

A remote setting that provides the same distraction-free environment as an office.

Strong oral / written communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required.

Ability to navigate through and utilize various computer applications efficiently.

Must be open to our diverse and inclusive culture.

The completion of an internet speed test, pre-employment assessment, background screening, and drug screening.
