A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Our representatives answer incoming calls in a high-volume setting, providing exceptional customer service by supporting and responding to inquiries from customers regarding their waste and recycling accounts. Some duties include:
- Providing responsive and professional customer service to customers.
- Navigating through several programs while on each call, including dual monitors, virtual desktops, and other internal systems.
- Maintaining program metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
- Passing quality assurance evaluations scored by our training department.
- Attending coachings and team meetings.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for those with the following:
- At least one years' experience in customer service taking inbound calls in a call-center setting.
- The ability to pick up equipment in our Medina, NY location.
- AS400 experience preferred.
- A remote setting that provides the same distraction-free environment as an office.
- Strong oral/written communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required.
- Ability to navigate through and utilize various computer applications efficiently.
- Must be open to our diverse and inclusive culture.
- The completion of an internet speed test, pre-employment assessment, reference/background screening, and drug screening.
