A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Our Financial Manager would be responsible for analyzing the financial position of the company by collecting, monitoring, and studying data. They will provide detailed financial analysis on all Velocitii Customer accounts and work closely with the Chief Executive Officer. Duties include:
- Conducting financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making and leadership reviews.
- Managing accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger, while preparing and analyzing financial statements.
- Analyzing financial performance, conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Driving process improvements and enhancing productivity by developing reports, tools, and automated forecasting solutions.
- Treasure Management- managing cash flow, optimizing liquidity, ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet obligations and overseeing debt management.
- Maintaining financial analysis and forecasting, staying updated on market trends, managing strategic financial relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Full management of 401K plan administration and compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for those with the following:
- 4 years of business finance or other relevant experience.
- BA/BS in Accounting and/or Finance preferred.
- Proficiency in financial modeling techniques.
- Treasury Management experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (index/match, lookups, etc.)
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks and US GAAP Reporting.
- Ability to compile and present financial reports.
- Excellent analytical and date gathering skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good business acumen.
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- A remote setting that provides the same distraction-free environment as an office.
- Must be open to our diverse and inclusive culture.
- The ability to interview on a computer with a camera.
- The completion of an internet speed test, background screening, and drug screening.
