Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Camp Leader to join our team. The Camp Leader will oversee and coordinate activities for children in a camp setting, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants. This position will start now as a floor staff member and then transition to a Camp Leader in the summer months.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and lead a variety of camp activities for children
- Supervise and engage with campers during daily activities
- Implement behavior management techniques to ensure a positive camp experience
- Educate campers through interactive and fun learning experiences
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times
Skills:
- Previous experience working with students or children
- Strong behavior management skills
- Ability to engage children in various activities
- Experience in babysitting, early childhood education, special education, or childhood development is beneficial
