We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. Our powerhouse team moves quickly, and we are looking for someone who is highly motivated, a team player, and can hit the ground running.
In this role, you will work with our small but mighty team to drive the day-to-day project management and operations of the business and ensure overall operational effectiveness, including new hire onboarding and internal process development. Additionally, you will provide administrative support for the CEO, including managing calendars, organizing meetings (managing prep and logistics), arranging travel and accommodations, and providing ad hoc support to the larger team as needed.
This role is an incredible learning opportunity, serving as a launch pad for a career as a Chief of Staff or Operational Lead. This is a great role for someone who is keen, agile, and ambitious.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Team Project Management
- Run the Black Glass company calendar
- Assist in coordinating and tracking various admin responsibilities across consulting engagements, including working with finance and legal on paperwork and invoicing
- Creating schedules and workback plans for both internal projects and consulting engagements
- Connect the dots on projects to help manage team capacity and prioritization

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
NYC SALARY RANGE :
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current / former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s / applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
