Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe working environment. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Perform picking and packing of products accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in building and organizing pallets for shipping.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling heavy lifting tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
