We're seeking a seasoned storyteller with strong product marketing knowledge who can distill key narratives from complex concepts into impactful, thought-provoking content that resonates with diverse audiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need to quickly understand our business,, and effectively manage cross-functional approvals and workflows.

The Senior Paid Search Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of paid search marketing initiatives, with a focus on strategy development for dedicated accounts. They will function at a highly efficient level, utilizing advanced execution skills and maintaining relationships with key clients. The role involves increasing responsibility and accountability for campaign execution, as well as providing opportunities for mentoring junior team members.

You Will :

  • Leading the supervision of client paid search programs, including strategic approaches, bid recommendations, execution details, budgets / accounting, and overall goal achievement with minimal supervision.
  • Developing positive relationships with the search community, vendors, and Directors to ensure optimal service levels and results.
  • Developing initial keyword lists using identified brand territory and reviewing industry, proprietary, and agency tools.
  • Building and analyzing keyword lists, analyzing search volume, and making recommendations.
  • Writing initial drafts of ad creative text ads based on briefing materials, website content, and client direction.
  • Trafficking, uploading, and QA of keywords, utilizing the Bid Management Tool process.
  • Interfacing daily with direct search teams, engines, and platforms to ensure continuous performance and account diagnostic checks.
  • Running reports as requested in Bid Management Platform and engine UIs, including tracking reports and invoice reconciliation.
  • Providing alerts of under or overspend and pacing the account.
  • Creating Excel pivot tables, formulas, graphs, and charts.
  • Completing budget tracking documents and reviewing them with the Search Manager.
  • Monitoring, tracking, and evaluating campaign performance analytics based on client KPI targets and baselines.
  • Staying current on industry trends and updates regarding tools and User Interfaces (e.g., AdWords, Bing, Bid Management Platforms, eMarketer, SEMrush, Search Engine Land, AdCenter, AdGooroo, etc.).
  • Building or assisting in crafting POVs, standard methodologies, and key process documentation.
  • Defining and implementing campaign strategy, working closely with other internal departments to develop fully integrated search campaigns.

You Have :

  • 6 or more years of experience in paid search management.
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid search campaigns and achieving performance goals.
  • Experience with bid management tools and analytics platforms.
  • LI-hybrid

    Annualized Pay Range

    110,500-$160,000 USD
