Qualifications
Excellent communicator, a real people-person, a superstar personality
Excellent time management and organization, including calendar management, client progress report documentation and expense reporting
Self-motivated with ability to work under little to no supervision
Experience articulating the value of Business Technology
Experience prioritizing Business Goals and Objectives
Knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies including Entra ID, Azure Active
Directory, and Azure AD is a must-have
A strong understanding of network architecture and how organizations run their
networks
A strong understanding of domain architecture including Windows
Experience with Meraki environments, including setup, managing, and maintaining
Able to travel up to 15% of the time (rough total of 6-8 weeks per year)
- Reliable transportation is a must
Responsibilities
Continuously build and maintain excellent relationships with and all company stakeholders
Prioritize professionalism in all aspects of company stakeholder interactions, to include diplomacy of communication, presentation in attire, ect.
Consistently provide excellent communication and service when interfacing with clients via multiple modalities based upon client preference, via in-person, phone, and email
Collaborate with, lead, and drive project progress and company objective outcomes across multiple teams both internal and external
Assess business requirements, short-term and long-term
Design and present solution strategies
Collaborate and advise decision-makers
Lead projects to completion
Proactively engage problems and work towards resolution
Manage and participate in projects large and small
Schedule and conduct remote and onsite appointments
Install and configure software and provide end-user support
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, firewalls, routers, servers, etc
Proactively and collaboratively perform other duties as assigned
Pay, Location & Schedule
Pay range is offered at 65k-75k, salaried
- Negotiable based on skillset, experience & customer service skill level
Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with an hour unpaid lunch
- there is the occassional evening/weekend when business need demands
Location is split between our Westerville office and local client locations, with the majority of time spent at our client locations
- Potential for out-of- town / overnight travel, rough total 6-8 weeks per year
- Occasional opportunity for remote work, as business need allows
- Disclaimer: We are not offering any fully remote positions at this time
Benefits
Paid Time Off
- 1st year = 11 days
- 2 years = additional day for each year, maxing out at 6 weeks

Mileage reimbursement for work-related daily travel to client locations for mileage above and beyond daily office commute
Additional Qualifications
Five to seven years professional IT consulting experience or technical account management experience, or the equivalent with transferrable skills
