Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to POS and merchant services solutions.
- Learn how to engage business owners, identify their needs, and present tailored payment processing options.
- Overcome objections, educate clients, and close sales over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications:
- No prior sales experience required – we provide full training!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Arabic, etc.) are a plus.
