Description
Velocity Network, Inc. is currently seeking a Part Time Customer Experience Representative for our Fiber to the Home team. The incumbent will advise customers on the benefits of fiber optics through inbound and outbound sales calls. In addition, responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service in the areas of bill inquiries, service issues, payments, and handling equipment returns.
Working Hours
The hours for this position are from 6 : 00 PM - 9 : 00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
