Salary Range : $80,000 - $120,000
License Requirement : Professional Engineer (PE) – U.S. Civil Engineering Degree Required
About the Role
Our client is seeking a PE-Licensed Project Engineer specializing in land development to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA, or Newport Beach, CA . This role will focus on the design, engineering, and management of land development projects , including commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site planning, grading, stormwater management, permitting, and civil design while working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of land development projects , from concept design to final construction documents.
- Develop grading, drainage, and stormwater management plans in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations .
- Oversee site planning, permitting, and entitlement processes .
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software to prepare designs and documentation.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support staff.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting regulatory requirements.
