Must Have:
- 7 years of software development experience.

- Familiarity with AWS products and services.

- Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving production issues.
- Strong skills in writing efficient, reusable, and secure code.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a project management team.
- Highly organized, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be willing to work on-site up to five days per week as needed.
- Must be able to pass a standard 7-year background check.

- Experience with LINUX environments.

- Experience with T4 Templates or similar templating technologies.
- Hands-on experience with SSRS for reporting.

- Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
