Job Title: CMDB Developer (ServiceNow)
Location: Dallas, TX or Miramar, FL (Hybrid 2 days onsite per week)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled CMDB Developer (ServiceNow) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow, with deep knowledge of CMDB (Configuration Management Database), scripting, and platform architecture. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB to ensure accurate and efficient asset management.
Work with ServiceNow modules, scripting, and automation to enhance system functionality.
Apply object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, data structures, and software design best practices.
Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring best coding practices and project success.
Manage and troubleshoot complex ServiceNow projects, making key technical decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to align ServiceNow solutions with business needs.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to lead development teams, manage projects, and make technical decisions.
