We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join a leading company at the forefront of AI and search technology. You’ll work closely with some of the world’s largest enterprises, ensuring they maximize value from cutting-edge solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and nurture customer relationships, ensuring long-term retention and growth.
- Understand and articulate AI and search technology concepts (prior experience a bonus, but not required).
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication.
- Drive expansion and upselling by identifying opportunities for customers to enhance their solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Sales, and Product teams.
- Lead strategic conversations with enterprise clients, helping them solve business challenges with innovative solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Senior CSM or similar customer-facing role.
- Technical acumen – ability to engage in technical discussions (AI, LLMs, or search technology experience is a plus).
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a track record of customer retention and growth.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex enterprise environments.
- Experience in a hybrid working environment (NYC-based).
- Large enterprise account experience.
