The HR Administrative Assistant position is responsible for streamlining all employee life cycle transactions that occur within the HR Department to ensure operational excellence. The position formulates strong cross-functional partnerships across the HR organization to deliver value-added service to Sr. HR Leadership and HR Business Partners in support of continuous improvement efforts. Critical success pillars to this role are speed, value, and trust. The HR Administrative Assistant is a key support role within the team to ensure HR practices, processes and policies are scalable and uniform across all VVG locations.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR or related administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS and LMS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
- Collaborate with HR and training teams to manage and maintain the Learning Management System.
- Provide technical support to employees experiencing LMS-related issues.
- Report Generation:
- Extract, compile, and analyze HR data to generate reports for management.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of reports to support decision-making processes.
- Employee Roster Audits:
- Conduct regular audits of employee rosters to ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
- Work closely with HR team members to rectify discrepancies and update records accordingly.
- Email Management:
- Manage a shared HR email inbox, responding promptly to employee inquiries and requests.
- Prioritize and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- General HR Support:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Assist with I9s and onboarding documents
- Upload electronic files to HR repository systems as applicable; and monitors HR inbox
- Gatekeeper of all personnel transactions within the HRIS system to ensure consistency and data integrity as a neutral third-party system administrator (e.g. new hire, transfers, promotions, increases, separations, etc.)
- Facilitate and streamline the exit interview process by leveraging technology to gather data insights, analyze trends, and recommend solutions in close partnership with Sr. HR Leadership and HRBP’s as part of our employee experience strategic objectives
- Ensure that all personnel records are maintained in accordance with company policy and state/federal laws
- $20.00-$25.00 hr.
