The Operations Business Manager manages office operations and HR tasks. The role assists with marketing strategies, content creation, website maintenance, and vendor relations. The role also oversees financial tasks, including accounts receivable, sales reporting, forecasting, and month-end closing.

What You’ll Do:
The Operations Business Manager manages office operations and HR tasks. The role assists with marketing strategies, content creation, website maintenance, and vendor relations. The role also oversees financial tasks, including accounts receivable, sales reporting, forecasting, and month-end closing.
Job Duties:
- Part Sales/Marketing Duties:
- Assist with development and implementation for marketing strategies to achieve company objectives
- Implement, track, and communicate new sales programs with sales manager to sales staff
- Collaborate and develop marketing materials for stock inventory including flyers and email blasts for specific inventory and/or events
- Collaborate and maintain marketing subscriptions including uploading photos and parts descriptions within databases for print ads
- Assist in creating content for the company’s social media platforms
- Maintain a regular feed of content to our internal marketing and social media management
- Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness
- Website maintenance and changes liaison
- Financial Responsibility:
- Provide accurate and complete reporting as it relates to all AR, sales and incentives for management review
- Assist parts sales manager in monitoring and tracking sales forecasting annually, quarterly and monthly
- Review, collect & implementation of AR applications
- Oversee Tax certificate collection
- Monitor accounts receivables
- Balance, review & monitor cash and credit schedules
- Month end reports and closing
- Monitor/oversee 3rd Party Due Diligence
- Office Supervisory & HR liaison duties:
- Oversee schedule of office assistant employee
- Monitor and approve timecards including PTO request
- Interviews, hires and terminates employee he/or she supervises
- Follow up with third party vendors to obtain verification that contracts are accurate and up to date o HVAC, Security & Data/internet
- Assist in the planning and/or implementation of various events and/or activities for sales staff and customers
- Additional projects, as requested by management
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and communicates to personnel
- Train office staff
- Provide help desk assistance with staff
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, including tax preparation.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a strong sense of responsibility.
- $45,000-$55,000 depending on skills and experience
