What You’ll Do:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Operations Manager Trainee to join our team. As an integral member of the operations office, the candidate will undergo comprehensive cross-training in all facets of operations. The primary responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable, directing the processing of invoices and payments, and effectively managing expense accounts and budget reports. The Operations Manager Trainee will actively contribute to various operational tasks such as assisting in accounts payable, DMV paperwork processing, and invoicing. They will also conduct physical inventory counts at each branch, create work orders to maintain inventory in front-line ready condition, and perform test drives on equipment. The role involves researching discrepancies, recording purchases, maintaining databases, and undertaking routine clerical duties, including data entry and answering telephones.
