What You’ll Do:
The Remarketing Sales Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Sales Center’s retail sales, administrative functions and staff, and inventory control.

Job Duties:

• Manage the day-to-day operation of a remarketing sales department to include:
• Retail sales
• Inventory control
• Pricing
• Address after-sale issues
• Marketing
• Directly supervise the Remarketing Sales team including:
• Hiring
• Training
• Discipline
• Terminations
• Career progression
• Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns to maximize the efficiency of the day and reporting of the follow-up results
• Responsible for the financial results of the Commercial Truck Sales including:
• Revenue per unit
• Utilization
• Direct operating costs
• Gross profit
• Net profit
• Budgets

Requires Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in remarketing management required
• Must be detail oriented with ability to multi-task and maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Knowledgeable in the areas pertaining to commercial tractors and trailers.
• Ability to work in a high-volume fast pace environment with a customer service focus

Compensation:

• $110,000-$120,000 annual salary depending on skills and experience Bonus
