Our technicians operate within a structured assembly line, with designated stations tailored to specific tasks, including electrical wiring, chassis work, mechanical systems, assembly, and test-and-tune processes. Station assignments are determined based on individual experience and skillsets. Duties and Responsibilities
Electrical:
Electrical assembly of classic cars and trucks to include but not limited to 12v wiring and layout of electrical harness throughout vehicle, dash and engine bay, complex relay systems, audio and amp wiring, and integration of multiple aftermarket modules and systems.
Chassis:
Chassis assembly of classic cars and trucks to include but not limited to installing leaf springs, shocks, axles, steering box, fuel tank, brake lines, engine, transmission, and other components.
Mechanical:
Mechanical assembly of classic cars and trucks to include but not limited to drivetrains, 12v wiring, radiators, AC line fabrication, control pack installation, dash components and gauges, chassis setup and assembly, braking systems and minor fabrication.
Assembly:
Final assembly of classic cars and trucks to include but not limited to painted sheet metal, door internals, interiors, brightwork and minor 12v wiring.
Test and Tune:
Test and tune of classic cars and trucks to include but not limited to alignments, testing and repairs of electrical components, inspection of completed work, checking for leaks, testing operation of every component of each vehicle, test drive vehicles and closely monitor quality of drivability.
Refit, Hitlist, Post-Production:
Postproduction repairs and adjustments of classic cars and trucks to include but not limited to 12v wiring repairs, refit of accessories, test driving, problem solving, panel adjustments, door internal adjustments and warranty repairs.

- Ability to work 7am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, overtime on evenings, Fridays, and weekends as needed.

- Valid drivers license with good driving record
- Varying levels of prior automotive experience are required, with specific qualifications depending on the assigned station.
