About Us
Velocity produces “restomod” restorations where classic vehicles are upgraded with modern parts, drivetrain, and technology making them functionally new while maintaining an original or vintage aesthetic. The company has pioneered a custom classic vehicle renovation via an assembly line process, ensuring a high level of quality control, with a known price, and significantly decreased build time. We have a talented team of 130 employees and a 135,000 square foot facility in Cantonment, Florida where we are continuing to add additional production lines and new vehicle offerings.
Overview
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Inside Sales Executive to join our team at our headquarters. This individual will be the face of Velocity to our discerning clientele, responsible for managing sales inquiries, nurturing leads, and guiding high-net-worth customers through the sales process with exceptional service and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury automotive, marine, or similar high-end industries.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and proactively generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver a
tailored experience.
Guide clients through the sales process, providing detailed information on products, services, and pricing.Leverage your industry expertise to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate timelines and seamless communication.Maintain meticulous records in the CRM system, tracking client interactions and sales progress.Attend client meetings and events, representing Velocity with professionalism and enthusiasm.Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to better serve customers.Required Skills and Abilities
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.Passion for automotive restoration and customization is a plus.Ability to travel to shows and events.Education Background and Experience
High School diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license with good driving recordProven experience in inside sales, preferably in luxury automotive, marine, or similar high-end industries.Demonstrated ability to work with high-net-worth clients, delivering exceptional service and building trust.Physical Demands (To include but not limited to)
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or workstation.Occasional standing or walking within the office or shop, such as attending meetings, retrieving documents, orinteracting with customers or employees.
Occasionally lifting and carrying items, typically weighing up to 10-20 pounds.Frequent use of fingers and hands for typing, writing, and operating a computer.Using telephones, printers, copiers, and other office tools.Frequent need to focus on printed or digital material.Reviewing financial documents, schedules, or customer data with accuracy.Regular communication with customers, vendors, and team members, either in person, on the phone, or viavideo conferencing.
Engaging with customers in person or over the phone, sometimes requiring extended periods of active listeningand problem-solving.
Prolonged exposure to hot or cold temperatures.Mild noise from office machines or nearby shop areas if the office is adjacent to the workshop. PPE may berequired while walking through the shop.
