About the Role:

Velox Clearing LLC is hiring a proactive and reliable HR Manager & Office Admin for our Miami office. This is a hands-on role covering HR operations, payroll, compliance, and office administration. Ideal for someone organized, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR functions: employee records, onboarding, recruitment, benefits.
  • Oversee office operations: supplies, vendors, and general admin tasks.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to management and assist with reports and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of HR or office management experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Clear communicator and team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willingness to learn and grow.

Education:

No specific degree required. Background in HR, business, or related fields is a plus.
