We work with event planners, marketers, and venues across North America and internationally to elevate event experiences through technology and branding.
Position Overview
As our Client Success & Sales Coordinator, you’ll be on the front lines helping us connect with new clients, generate leads, and support deal flow. You’ll work directly with senior team members and have the opportunity to own and grow your own accounts over time. This is a hybrid role—mostly remote, but you’ll also roll up your sleeves and join us at trade shows or event setups when needed.
Your day-to-day might include:
- Reaching out to event planners, marketers, and venues who need our solutions
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls for senior sales reps
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client quotes
- Helping with account follow-ups and building long-term client relationships
- Collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns and lead gen
- Attending trade shows or helping with event setup to get real-world product exposure
- Learning our product line inside and out so you can speak confidently to clients
- Maintain accurate records of leads and communications in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
What We’re Looking For
- A go-getter with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable on the phone and in emails—you're personable, sharp, and responsive
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leads
- Tech-savvy enough to pick up tools like CRMs (Salesforce) and project tools
- Willing to travel to trade shows or client events
- Experience using a CRM (like Salesforce) is helpful but not required
