Palantir Training and Program Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Palantir Training and Program Support Specialist to lead the deployment, training, and program support for Palantir across the Department of Defense in multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Palantir, a strong foundation in data science, and a client-focused, innovative approach to problem-solving. This role is instrumental in helping our clients leverage Palantir to meet and exceed their mission objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Training and Deployment:
• Design, deliver, and tailor comprehensive training programs for Palantir users to ensure rapid adoption and proficiency across the organization.
• Support the deployment of Palantir, including system configuration, data onboarding, and ensuring seamless integration into the client’s operational environment.
• Program Support and Client Engagement:
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand mission objectives and challenges, providing innovative solutions using Palantir.
• Act as the primary liaison between the organization and Palantir teams to ensure effective implementation and alignment with client needs.
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and system optimization to maximize Palantir’s impact.
• Data Science and Analytical Support:
• Leverage data science expertise to design workflows, analyze data, and generate actionable insights using Palantir tools.
• Develop and manage custom data pipelines, advanced analytical models, and dashboards tailored to organizational requirements.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with security protocols while maximizing the value of data-driven decision-making.

Mandatory Requirements

·      Current TS clearance with SCI eligibility

·      Willingness to work on-site (multiple Department of Defense locations)

Required Skills and Experience

• Palantir Maven Expertise:
• Deep understanding of Palantir capabilities, workflows, and deployment best practices.
• Proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Palantir systems.
• Data Science and Analytics:
• Strong experience with Python, R, SQL, or similar programming languages for data analysis and modeling.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis techniques.
• Ability to design and execute end-to-end data workflows, including ETL processes.
• Client-Focused Problem Solving:
• Exceptional listening and communication skills to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
• Proven track record of innovative thinking to address complex organizational challenges.
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of enterprise-level data integration and management.
• Familiarity with cloud computing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and APIs for data access.
• Experience with cybersecurity and data governance policies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with deploying and/or being a power user of the Palantir Maven Smart System.
• Certifications in data science, analytics, or cloud computing.
• Strong project management skills, including agile methodologies.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams with cross-functional collaboration.
