Licensed Practical Nurse
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care facility.
- Administer medications and injections and treatments as prescribed by physician.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities.
- Assist with health assessments and screenings.
- Perform specimen collections.
- Provide education and support.
- Assist with monitoring growth and development.
- Assist and monitor patients' response to treatment.
- Analyze lab results.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of West Virginia.
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
