We are hiring for a part time janitorial position with service in the Belfair, WA area to provide general janitorial cleaning. We are looking for candidates who have previous commercial/janitorial/office cleaning experience who love what they do, are reliable, dependable, conscientious and take pride in providing high quality service to their customers. Attention to detail is highly desirable.

This position is an hourly position with the rate of $18.00/hour and will be performed after hours, 5:00 pm or later.

We are looking for individuals highly experienced in commercial/janitorial cleaning.

We ask each applicant to understand each customer is important and we strive to meet their needs on the schedule they have requested. We ask that you be conscientious and arrive on time for your appointments.

Cleaning responsibilities can include the following: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal; stocking supplies, sanitation, floor maintenance; carpet shampooing, tile, grout, and upholstery cleaning; kitchen and restroom cleaning/disinfecting; window washing; odor control and other cleaning duties as required.

Cleaners must follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates have the following attributes:

• Commercial or residential cleaning experience
• Great customer service
• Friendly and professional approach to working with clients and co-workers
• Available to work varying schedules that may include day, evening or night shifts
• Able to walk, stand, climb, bend, and kneel to clean from ceiling to floor
• Able to push, pull, lift and move objects up to 50 pounds, including cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Reliable transportation
• Speak English fluently for communicating with co-workers and customers.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and is eager to perform duties.
