The primary purpose of the Dealer Support Representative position is to represent all aspects and facets of the Company that are dealer driven through telephone, e-mail, and other electronic mediums. This position fully supports our sales and marketing efforts and programs focused on our dealer network. This position will support all residential products including residential domes.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Sales order entry and order quotation by phone.
- General inquiry fulfillment and sales order tracking.
- Problem / complaint investigation and resolution.
- Product application and specification consultation.
- Promote specific products for various geographical regions to gain market share.
- Promote appropriate VELUX products with an emphasis on light and ventilation.
- Working knowledge of residential skylights, Sun Tunnels, and domes.
- Provide minor technical guidance to dealers via phone or digital channels.
- Provide one call resolution to our dealer network.
Secondary Responsibilities :
Hourly Salary Range : $24.10 - $30.13 / hour. Compensation is based on the skills and experience of the candidate.
