Velvetech is seeking a skilled and motivated Python Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be part of a new project, collaborating with other talented developers to deliver high-quality solutions. This project involves creating advanced financial visualizations using Highcharts and integrating them into our website.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python applications
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration with the backend
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Implement and manage API integrations
- Develop and integrate high-quality visualizations using Highcharts
- Work on trading algorithms and strategies
- Develop integration with APEX custodian / back-end system via XML data exchange
- Implement and manage functionalities related to options trading
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge
- Debug and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Design and build application layers
- Analyze requirements and design new functionality
- Support and fix existing functionality
- Provide technical support during the project lifecycle
- Ensure proper documentation of all development activities
