Position overview
As a Power Platform Developer, you will create intuitive and efficient user interfaces using Power Apps and design robust workflows in Power Automate. You will work closely with the data engineering team to provide seamless integration between the user interface and backend processes. This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to organize your schedule and work from home.
Responsibilities
- Develop user-friendly web interfaces in Power Apps for file uploads, mapping management, and status notifications.
- Build workflows in Power Automate to handle file storage, trigger ETL processes, and manage notifications.
- Design and implement role-based access controls for secure data handling.
- Create error-handling mechanisms and real-time notifications for system events.
- Support and enhance Power BI dashboards for operational insights and executive summaries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine UI requirements and ensure user satisfaction.
- Participate in testing, training, and documentation for the application.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Practical knowledge of Javascript/Typescript, SQL, Python, HTML/CSS. Experience with C#, Java, Typescript, React can be helpful.
- Strong knowledge of workflow design and integration with backend systems.
- Familiarity with Azure services, including Blob Storage.
- Hands-on experience in DAX, Power Query, and custom Power Apps components.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-600, DP-500) preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a focus on user experience.
